Flow pumps

This type of condensate pumping pumps is distinguished by the fact that it can be installed not only directly near the fan coil unit or split system, but also anywhere in the outlet main. Such an arrangement has, first of all, a technical justification. Just as a steam locomotive in the middle of a train reduces the force on the couplings, in hydrodynamics this is a decrease in pressure drops, areas with which are a weak link (require additional costs for strengthening the pipeline, seals, etc.), as well as the source of the main share of power losses. And summing up all the advantages of flow pumps, 3 points can be distinguished:

•  economic benefits due to less energy consumption;
• the ability to take out a potentially noisy unit from a certain room (again, get away from the cost of soundproofing or the purchase of quiet models);
  
• improving the aesthetics of crowded places.
  

However, in order to fully realize the economic benefits, a rather complex professional calculation of the hydrodynamic and hydrostatic parameters of the pipeline is required. Of course, with a multiple margin of productivity and pressure of the drainage device, everything will work. But in order not to overpay for a pump with excess power, transportation and installation of heavier products, it is better to contact our engineers. Even having a project that regulates only the characteristics (and not specific models) of the equipment, it should be refined after the final selection of all system components.
