Air dryer motors

Air humidity affects not only the feeling of subjective comfort in a person, but also his health, mood, ability to work, as well as the safety of many products, products and materials, production processes and electrical safety. For a number of places and cases, drainage is not a luxury, but a vital (sanitary, environmental, technical) necessity:

• warehouses, various storage facilities, libraries, galleries, museums;

• medical institutions;

• some specific productions;

• ice arenas, swimming pools, etc.;

• basements and other damp rooms, as well as ordinary ones after flooding or certain construction works.

Any dehumidifier requires air pumping - through an adsorbent, through a heat exchanger or street supply - depending on the principle of operation. That is, fans and the corresponding motors for them are used. As a rule, electric motors for air dryers have low power, soft start and do not experience significant radial forces on the shaft. To minimize the latter, careful balancing of the fan blades is carried out, and centrifugal impellers with a large axial length, as in fan coil units, are installed in pairs symmetrically on motors with a double-sided shaft.
